Davis New Homes has been involved in numerous different projects resulting in building over 200 custom homes since 1989. Many of these homes have been developed on country lots and planned subdivisions. Davis New Homes developed Senators Woods community near Trenton, Ontario. It is a beautiful 27 lot subdivision featuring completely unique custom built homes. The first phase of Bay Breeze subdivision located in Belleville, Ontario was also a Davis New Homes project.
In 2004, Davis New Homes started the hallmark project of Frankford, Ontario: Forest Ridge subdivision. Backing onto forested lands, the multi-phased planned subdivision features 140 lots close to all local amenities, a children's playground with plenty of green space and steps away from the new Frankford Splash Pad along the Trent River.
