• Prefinished insulated sectional steel garage door

• Basement windows as per plans (cast- in-place)

Roofing:
• Self Sealing 30 year shingles, colours per builder samples
• Coloured valley flashing and roof vents

Exterior Details:
• Brick exterior as per elevation and floor plan, colour chosen from Builder's samples
• Maintenance free aluminum soffit and fascia, colour chosen from Builder's samples
• Vinyl siding- colour chosen from Builder's samples
• 5" seamless eaves trough and downspouts, colour chosen from Builder's samples
• Precast concrete slab front sidewalk from entrance to driveway
• Front entrance as per floor plan
• Crushed gravel driveway
• Sod installed to property lines

Heating & Venting:
• High efficient forced air gas furnace
• Duct work suitable for air conditioning
• Energy efficient Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)
• HRV vents installed in kitchen and baths
• Programmable thermostat for heating and cooling
• Dryer vent installed to exterior

Plumbing:
• Quality white American Standard plumbing fixtures
• Double stainless steel sink in kitchen
• Main bathroom is one piece tub/ shower with low flush toilet
